Navigators of Development Association (NAVODA) is a Natural Resources, Environmental and Bio-diversity Conserving Organization empowering and sensitising the communities on the benefits of conserving the Natural Resources, land and Human Rights advocacy. It encourages the citizen to demand for the Good Governance, Transparency and accountability on Natural Resources in the extractive industry.

How we work


Our objectives

  •  To facilitate the communities, consider and undertake Conservation and Management of the Environment, Natural Resources and Biodiversity as a critical development cross-cutting issue
  • To undertake advocacy on equitable sharing of revenues from the natural resources, through Civic Community Education and empowerment for accelerated sustainable development.
  • To network with other organizations advocating for the rights of the vulnerable sector in society such as Children, Women, the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Persons living with HIV/aids, etc.
  • To liaise and net-work with other organizations and development partners
